Ascend Drexel's Mentorship Program
Our Mentorship Program happens annually during the Fall Term. We started this program back in 2017 after noticing the lack of mentorship and guidance students had for professional development. Over the years, however, this has grown to much more than professional development. It has become a way for students to find their long-life friends, a method of getting outside of their comfort zone, and so much more. We hope that as the years go by, this program will be the biggest reason to one's success.

Having expanded our pool of mentors to not just the board adds a sense of refreshment and diversity, as some mentors are not within the LeBow College of Business.

Our Mentorship Program kickoff will be in the form of our Mentor-Mentee Showdown, where students will meet their mentors for the first time and will battle against other mentor-mentee pairings! It will be a fun, competitive night! RSVP for the event here.
