About the Program.
The Ascend Drexel Mentorship Program promotes personal and professional growth by pairing underclassmen with upperclassmen mentors to provide guidance, friendship, and support. The program fosters an intimate environment through a selective recruitment process, ensuring dedicated and qualified participants to serve as our mentors. Mentorship members benefit from regular meetings, workshops, and networking events as well as frequent bonding events to create a strong community among our mentorship participants.

1. Recruitment Process
Speed Dating #1: October 23, 2025*
Speed Dating #2: October 28, 2025*
Come meet your potential mentors at one or both of our mentor speed dating events. You'll have to opportunity to speak with as many mentors as you want to learn more about them, their experience, and how they can help support you.
2. Ranking Period
Rank your top choices for mentor or mentee(s). Check out our mentor profiles for more information about them.
3. Mentorship Reveal
November 11, 2025*
Secrets finally out! Find out who your mentor or mentee(s) is during our mentorship reveal day.
